Brian Gallagher is our Development & Communications Administrator at The Land Conservancy of New Jersey. His responsibilities include communicating The Land Conservancy’s mission and programs to a wide audience, content creation for our external communications, social media, as well as public relations and outreach strategies.
Brian brings over 15 years of public relations and external communications experience to The Land Conservancy of New Jersey. Brian graduated from Nyack College and proudly served in the United States Marine Corps successfully completing a four-year term. Brian is also an active advocate for wounded Veterans initiatives and over the past decade has raised over $60,000 for non-profit organizations that assist our Veterans in need.
Brian enjoys photography, hiking as well as running, completing both the Marine Corps Marathon and NYC Half-Marathon.
What I enjoy the most about my job is to create and share stories of all the wonderful open spaces and preserves here in New Jersey, with the hope that others shall visit and experience the public spaces that The Land Conservancy of New Jersey helps protect for generations to enjoy.
Brian’s favorite acre: South Branch Preserve in Mount Olive, NJ.
