The Land Conservancy of New Jersey has been assisting landowners with land preservation for 40 years. Since 1997, we have completed over 500 land acquisitions, permanently protecting nearly 30,000 acres of land.

 

We were the first land trust in New Jersey to receive accreditation from The Land Trust Accreditation Commission, meeting national quality standards for protecting open space lands, upholding the public trust and ensuring that conservation efforts are permanent.

There is never a fee to landowners for our services. The Land Conservancy of New Jersey works throughout the state helping craft individual, successful conservation packages.
