Electric Car At The Land Conservancy

Electric Car at The Land Conservancy

Barbara Heskins Davis, our Vice President of Programs, recently purchased a Chevy Bolt, a fully electric car.

Bolt is the first affordable all-electric car to offer an EPA-estimated 238 miles of range on a single charge. It’s offers some of the most technologically advanced features and according to Barbara, is really  fun to drive!

She installed a charging unit in her garage so she can simply plug in at night and by the morning, it’s charged up and ready to go.

“We can each do our part in terms of trying to limit our impact on how we live day to day. I drive just under 20,000 miles per year and now this car makes me feel good about driving.”
