Linda Gloshinski joined The Land Conservancy of New Jersey in December 2010 as a Land Preservation Specialist focused on working with local communities to protect their remaining open spaces for recreation and conservation.  Linda has extensive experience in wetland identification and delineation, environmental impact analysis and assessment, and permit acquisition and compliance.  Linda works with multiple New Jersey municipalities assisting both municipal staff and volunteer groups with their open space preservation programs and goals.

Linda is certified as a Professional Wetlands Scientist through the Society of Wetland Scientist.  Prior to joining The Land Conservancy, she established her own company, LRV Associates. At LRV Associates, Linda has worked on projects involving wetland restoration and mitigation.  She has worked throughout central and northern New Jersey for State, County and local government, as well as private entities.

Linda earned her Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Montclair State University and has taken additional coursework in regional planning from the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University.

“The best part of my job is the opportunity to be involved with projects that include such beautiful landscapes – and the feeling you get when you close on a property, knowing that it will be preserved forever!”
