The Land Conservancy of New Jersey preserves land and water resources, conserves open space, and inspires and empowers individuals and communities to protect our natural land and environment.
Preserving land is the heart of our work ensuring a plentiful supply of safe, clean drinking water, productive land for agriculture, sustainable land for wildlife and forests to thrive and neighborhood parks and natural areas for people to walk, play, and enjoy a healthy lifestyle.
Partners for Parks is an award-winning corporate volunteer program that addresses the growing need for open space stewardship in our communities by providing corporations and civic groups with an opportunity to learn and apply stewardship principles.
The Community Garden is located at the intersection of Wolfe Road and Route 46 East, Mt. Olive. Novices and master gardeners are invited to lease a 10′ x 10′ plot at the Preserve. A total of 145 plots are available.
Accredited by the National Land Trust Accreditation Commission in 2009 and renewed in 2015, The Land Conservancy joins organizations nationwide who meet the highest quality standards for protecting open space, upholding the public trust, and ensuring that our conservation efforts are permanent.
